Functional Solution Architect - D365 F&SCM

A leading Microsoft partner is currently delivering some of the most exciting Dynamics projects in Sweden, with several new implementations on the horizon. To strengthen its delivery team, the company is seeking an experienced functional solution architect to drive high-quality implementation journeys and large-scale development projects.

About the Role

Within the enterprise division, a team of over 100 specialists focuses on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). The project-driven approach ensures close collaboration with customers, taking ownership of both staffing and solution design. Many of these delivery projects are holistic, leveraging the full potential of the Microsoft Dynamics platform by working closely with specialists in Customer Engagement, Application & Innovation, M365, and Data & AI.

The functional solution architect will play a key role in guiding customers to maximize the value of their ERP investment. Working alongside the project manager and technical solution architect, they will be part of the project management team, overseeing solution design and implementation.

With a deep understanding of D365 F&SCM's standard functionality, the role involves designing solutions that align with customer needs while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include participation in the pre-study phase, time and cost estimations, and planning sprint-based implementations following a hybrid agile methodology.

As a trusted advisor, the functional solution architect will support customers in setting priorities and creating value throughout the implementation journey. This includes participation in steering group meetings, close collaboration with application consultants, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
