    Job Title: Project Manager

    Role Overview

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the merge of two companies and their system integrations, coordinating projects, and driving the selection and implementation of new processes and systems.     Our client is a large, Private Equity backed Dynamics Business Central end customer that is looking to expand the functionality of their ERP system and is in need of a skilled functional resource to support this effort.

    They have recently grown due to multiple acquisitions in which they are attempting to move their legacy systems to Business Central team. They are building their IT dept. with skilled team members who are looking to keep working in a hands-on capacity, closely supporting users on help desk efforts and managing upgrade projects.

    Your New Role:

    * Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
    * You will collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    * Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects.

    What You'll Need:

    * Experience with the following modules required: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting
    * Supply Chain or Trade & Logistics experience is a big plus
    * Prior consulting background, whether with a Microsoft Partner, CPA firm, Big Four Consulting Group, or other similar organization
    * Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis
    * Ability to gather requirements, support customers, assist with discovery, and translate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders
    * Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Financial Systems Analyst - D365 BC - Brooklyn/Hybrid - $120k

    Our client is a rapidly growing startup in the retail space, specifically in the fashion, cosmetics, and consumer goods market, and is in need of an Financial Systems Analyst to act as a liaison between their finance and IT departments.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work on an exciting project pipeline as the organization looks to complete multiple Business Central implementations with their subsidiary organizations over the next 18 to 36 months. Following that, your role could potentially into an ERP leadership position, focused on furthering enhancements in the system for CRM, Business Intelligence, and other industry-specific ISVs.

    Your New Job:

    * Act as the subject matter expert for the Business Central implementation. In addition, managing other integrated applications across finance, purchasing, payables, and invoicing.
    * Support the completion of technology aspects of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives where required
    * Work alongside finance dept. stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing systems that fit these requirements
    * Analyze business processes and identify fit and gap for business requirements against system functionality.
    * Modify/Update production plans based on inputs from finance and purchasing
    * Customize workflows to track and record business functionality and control standards
    * Support and train users on systems functionality
    * Assist with reporting efforts through Power BI

    Required Skills:

    * Several years of experience with D365 Business Central
    * Business Central ERP implementation experience is a must have
    * Experience leading consolidation projects, including intercompany transactions and multi-entity deployments, highly preferred
    * Knowledge of accounting and operations processes
    * Experience with Power BI or SQL is preferred
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Personality that is eager to learn new technologies and is proactive about finding solutions outside the box

    * A proven track record developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE & Power Platform technologies
    * Demonstrated proficiency across relevant programming languages, including C#, JavaScript
    * Custom plugin/ work flow development expertise
    * Full development life cycle skills including analysis, design, testing and support
    * Experience across Power Platform - preferably offering skills in Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Apps (Model/ Canvas)
    * Excellent communication skills - able to collaborate within a team and work autonomously
