    Our client is a well-established consumer goods manufacturer who is looking for a technical ERP Analyst to play a key role on development, support, reporting, and improvement projects internally.

    In preparation for a future upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central, they are in need of an inhouse Systems Analyst who can take ownership of their NAV system, along with other applications, and identify paths for improvement.

    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft NAV ERP
    * Design and develop reports, simple pages, and simple customizations for the ERP system using C/AL
    * Make code changes, eventually helping to convert C/AL to AL extensions
    * Troubleshoot system errors and support users on help desk tickets
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal ERP users and Production floor ERP users.
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Develop reports, analytics and dashboards Jet Reports, SQL, and Power BI
    * Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business.

    What You'll Need:

    * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
    * Programming experience. C/AL or AL is a must. Full stack development is a nice to have
    * Experience working on Business Central upgrades and implementations preferred, not required
    * Understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and distribution processes

    Role Overview:

    The Business Central Systems Analyst will be a crucial team member in ensuring a seamless migration to Business Central (BC).     Qualifications & Experience:

    * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA and/or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
    * Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.
    * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, financial compliance, and cost accounting principles.
    * ERP Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
    * Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive financial excellence.
    * Process Improvement: Demonstrated success in optimising financial processes, implementing systems, and enhancing operational eficiencies.
