Key Responsibilities:
* AI & MLOps Expertise: Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, and AI agents. You'll ensure these models are scalable, reliable, and perform optimally in production environments.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs. Lead the development of AI systems using technologies like Azure, Databricks, and Generative AI.
* Infrastructure Management: Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring smooth data ingestion, processing, and model deployment. You'll oversee best practices for model validation, testing, and monitoring to guarantee production readiness.
* Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior team members and share your expertise on both the AI and software engineering sides of the development process. Lead by example in the use of best practices and high-quality code.
What We're Looking For:
* MLOps Expertise: Must have proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions that incorporate machine learning algorithms and models in production environments.
* Strong Background in Software Engineering: This role requires someone who is not just a data scientist but also has experience in software engineering practices-especially in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
* Azure & Databricks: Comfort working in Azure environments is essential. You should be experienced in managing Azure resources and deploying solutions within Databricks.
* Development & DevOps: Experience with Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. You'll need to be comfortable with full-cycle development and deployment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Given the small team environment, effective communication with stakeholders and team members is crucial. You'll need to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure and Databricks, experience with Generative AI and MLOps, along with a background in software engineering practices.

Applicants must be based in Malmö, as the role requires a hybrid work arrangement. We are open to considering professionals who are planning to relocate to Malmö; however, candidates must already have the right to work in Sweden, as the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
