    Job description

    I'm looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join a rapidly scaling Microsoft Partner Consultancy, and play a critical role in accelerating their growth through the delivery of exceptional Microsoft BI and Data solutions. This is a brand-new role as a result of growth, where there is an immediate appetite for the work you will be doing!

    This Partner have built a cutting-edge Microsoft-aligned Data Platform to help organisations customers better manage their data, uncover new insights, and leverage AI to help plan for the future - which has been revolutionary for many of their customers!

    This role requires excellent knowledge across Microsoft data technologies including Azure technologies (Data Factory, Synapse etc.), Power BI, the and the traditional SQL BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS). Ideally, you will have worked for another Microsoft Partner / MSP or similar, and be highly passionate about data and technology.

    In this role, you will lead technical discussions with clients - providing in-depth consultations, presenting tailored solutions including the delivery of engaging product demos and workshops, and offering specialist technical guidance. You'll articulate the value proposition of your offerings, and will be passionate about demonstrating how you can help solve specific business challenges.

    You'll act as an important bridge between the Sales and the Technical teams, ensuring that client requirements translated into the most appropriate solutions. You'll also support the sales team with responding to RFPs, and collaborate with various internal teams to create tailored proposals.

    With clients spread across the UK and Europe, this role is remote, and therefore open to candidates across the UK. There are occasional company-wide events in London, allowing you to celebrate success and socialise with your colleagues.

    Requirements:

    * Experience in a technical Pre-Sales role, ideally for a Microsoft Partner / MSP or similar
    * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft BI / Data technologies including the Azure Data Platform, Power BI, the SQL BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
    * Exceptional communication skills - passionate about delivering engaging demos, workshops, presentations etc., and building great relationships
    * Track-record of winning / closing high-value sales deals

    We are looking for Software Tester to help ensure quality across a platform and applications!

    Based in-house, you will join leading provider of SaaS applications providing geographical data and insights to companies across Norway



    You will work closely with developers and engineers to automate unit and regression testing across the organisation, as well as with our dedicated testing team consisting of 3 individuals experienced in test management, QA and automation

    Your role can involve:

    * Taking part in testing activities including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
    * Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to define test requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project objectives
    * Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
    * Helping to provide guidance, support, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    * Managing test environments, tools, and resources to facilitate efficient and effective testing activities, including the selection and implementation of appropriate testing tools and frameworks
    * Analysing test results and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimisation, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams

    We are looking for you to have:

    * Bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related subject
    * 3+ years of experience in a similar role (testing, QA, automation, or development with testing)
    * Experience with at least one programming or scripting language
    * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and agile testing methodologies
    * Experience testing the integration of components to ensure the different parts of our applications interact correctly
    * Experience automating regression & unit testing
    * Experience developing and maintaining a test automation suite covering both functional and non-functional testing
    * It is beneficial if you have experience creating automation frameworks to support CI/CD practice

    We require candidates to be comfortable communicating in both Norwegian & English

    Job description

    Database Developer

    I am looking for a Database Developer to join a growing tech company based in Leeds. They utilise the Azure tech stack as well as AI methods to develop an in house analytics platform which they use to aid their clients to make data driven decisions.

    You will join an established development team with the overall aim of continuing to develop this analytics platform, which is already been used by a number of their customers. You will be tasked with the optimisation of database queries, creating stored procedures and creating new tables as the platform develops over time.

    This is an opportunity to work on a modern, scalable and bespoke analytics platform utilising some of the latest Cloud and AI technologies.

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas

    * Design and develop top quality database solutions
    * Create and optimise functions and stored procedures using SQL
    * Investigate existing SQL queries, ensure they are optimised for high level performance
    * Support with the development of the bespoke analytics platform

    To be successful in the role you will have

    * Strong T-SQL Developer experience
    * Excellent understanding of T-SQL, including creating stored procedures, queries and functions
