* Expertise in SQL and distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, Databricks).
* Familiarity with various data sources and systems (Kafka, RDBMS, cloud platforms).
* Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience in developing APIs or backend applications using modern frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
* Hands-on experience with ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, or H2O.
* Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with model management tools (MLflow, Sagemaker, Azure ML).

Data Solutions Architect - London - £120,000

I am working with an analytics and digital solutions consultancy that partner with clients from a number of different industries to unlock their potential to become truly data driven. They work to deliver tailored, bespoke systems to fit the needs of their clients with a focus on cloud-based transformations and AI products.

In this role you will utilise your skill set to deliver across all areas of the project lifecycle from design to development and maintenance. You will work collaboratively with other internal engineers and 3rd party stakeholders to provide solutions that fit the needs of the client perfectly. You will work with a wide range of cloud-based technologies, with my client being renowned for supporting business with solutions focused on Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake and Databricks!

* Lead on client projects through all phases of project lifecycle

Role Overview:

As a Data Architect you will design and manage the organisations data architecture using AWS and Snowflake, aligning it with business goals. You will oversee data integration, develop data models, and ensure optimal performance and security of data systems. Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders is essential to meet their needs.

This role requires strong knowledge of AWS services and Snowflake, experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to articulate technical concepts and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively.

Hands-on technical guidance is crucial, even though the Data Architect will not be directly involved in development. Practical experience with SQL, data integration tools, and performance tuning is necessary to support the technical team and drive data initiatives forward.
